Log into your X-All account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a printable return label.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging with all protective inserts and tags attached to ensure the product arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
